Services
Everything your business needs online.
Eight services, delivered by one team. Below is what each one actually involves, what is included, and who it suits — written plainly, so you can decide what you need before you speak to us.
Service 01
Website Development
The foundation everything else stands on.
A website is not a brochure. It is the one asset in your marketing that you fully own — every ad you run, every search result you earn, and every AI answer that mentions you eventually points somewhere, and this is where it points. If that destination is slow, confusing, or invisible to machines, everything upstream of it is wasted spend.
We build sites by hand in standards-based HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No page-builder plugins stacking scripts on top of scripts, no themes carrying features you will never use. The result loads fast on a mid-range Android phone over patchy mobile data, which is how a large share of Indian customers will actually see it.
Just as importantly, we build them to be read — by Google's crawler, and by the language models that increasingly answer questions on your customers' behalf. That means correct semantic structure, accurate schema.org markup, real text in the HTML rather than content assembled by JavaScript, and a genuine accessibility pass. These are the same practices that make a site rank, make it citable, and make it usable by someone on a screen reader. They are not three separate jobs.
A website that machines cannot read is a website that increasingly does not exist.
What's included
- Custom design and build — no templates, no page-builder bloat
- Semantic HTML5 with complete schema.org structured data
- Core Web Vitals performance work (LCP, CLS, INP)
- WCAG AA accessibility compliance, verified not assumed
- Mobile-first responsive implementation across all breakpoints
- Content management setup so you can edit without calling us
- Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking configured
Who this is for
Businesses whose current site was built five years ago, was built on a template, or was never built to be found at all. Also for businesses with no site yet who would rather do it once, properly, than twice. If you are considering search engine optimization or generative engine optimization, this is where that work has to start.

Personalised websites for special people and special occasions
A website as a gift, not a brochure.
A personalised occasion website is a small, private, one-of-a-kind site built for a single person or a single event — a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding, a farewell, a new baby, a proposal. Everything else on this page is built to be found by strangers. This is the opposite: it is built for exactly one person to open.
Where a card is read once and put in a drawer, a site like this has rooms to walk through. A wall of photographs with captions only the two of you understand. Letters sealed until the day they are meant to be opened. A quiz the recipient has to finish before the last message unlocks. It is the same craft we put into commercial work, pointed at something that is not commercial at all.
It is built by hand like everything else here, so it opens fast on a phone — which is where it will actually be opened, probably in bed, probably straight after the call. And it can be as private as you want: hidden from search engines entirely, unlisted, or behind a link only the recipient has.
What's included
- A structure designed around the person and the occasion, not a template
- Your photographs, your words, your in-jokes — written in with you
- Interactive pieces: galleries, sealed letters, quizzes, unlockable endings
- Built mobile-first, because that is where it will be opened
- Private by default — no-index, unlisted, or link-only access, your call
- Yours to keep: the files are handed over, not held hostage
Who this is for
Anyone who would rather give something that took thought than something that took money. It is also, frankly, the most honest demonstration of what we do: there is no budget to hide behind and no brand guidelines to follow — just whether the thing is good. You can see one we built in our work.
Service 02
Generative Engine Optimization
Also called AI SEO, answer engine optimization, or LLM optimization.
Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of structuring a website's content, entity data and technical markup so that AI answer engines can accurately retrieve, understand and cite that business. Where traditional SEO competes for a ranked position in a list of links, GEO competes to be the source an AI system quotes inside a synthesised answer.
The shift is already underway. When a customer asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation, the model does not show them ten blue links. It gives one answer, naming a handful of businesses. Being absent from that answer is not the same as ranking eleventh — it is closer to not existing.
The work itself is concrete, not mystical. AI crawlers must be explicitly permitted in robots.txt, and most sites silently block or fail to name them. Your business needs to exist as a clearly defined entity in structured data, distinct from similarly named organisations, with its expertise declared. Content has to be written in self-contained, factual passages that a model can lift and attribute without needing surrounding context. Definitional writing — plainly explaining what something is — is disproportionately quoted by language models, which is why this paragraph is written the way it is.
We also implement llms.txt, an emerging convention that gives AI systems a plain-text summary of what a business does and which pages matter. It costs nothing and it is already being read.
Being absent from an AI answer is not like ranking eleventh. It is closer to not existing.
What's included
- AI crawler access audit — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and others named explicitly
- Entity definition and disambiguation in JSON-LD structured data
- Content restructured into citation-ready, self-contained passages
- Definitional and FAQ content development for the questions your customers actually ask
llms.txtimplementation and maintenance- Monitoring of how AI engines describe your business, and correction when they get it wrong
Who this is for
Any business whose customers research before they buy — professional services, healthcare, education, B2B, considered consumer purchases. It matters most where the buying decision involves a question rather than a browse. If you want to see the technique applied rather than described, view the source of this page: the structured data, the robots.txt, and the llms.txt are all live.
Service 03
Search Engine Optimization
Traffic that converts, not traffic that flatters.
Search engine optimization is the practice of improving a website's technical health, content relevance, and authority so that it ranks higher in conventional search results. It has not been replaced by AI search. Google still handles the overwhelming majority of commercial queries in India, and the two disciplines share most of their foundation.
The failure mode we see most often is optimising for the wrong thing. A ranking for a broad, high-volume term feels like success and delivers visitors who were never going to buy. We start from commercial intent instead: the specific phrases people use when they have a problem and a budget, which are usually longer, less contested, and far more valuable.
For businesses serving a defined area, local SEO usually produces the fastest return. A properly configured and actively maintained Google Business Profile, consistent name-address-phone details across the web, and location-relevant content will typically move the needle for a Kolkata business faster than any amount of national-level content.
What's included
- Full technical audit — crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals
- Keyword and search intent research focused on commercial-intent terms
- On-page optimisation and internal linking structure
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile setup and optimisation
- Content strategy and briefs, with writing available
- Search Console configuration and monthly reporting in plain language
Who this is for
Businesses that get little or no organic traffic, businesses whose traffic does not convert, and local businesses invisible in map results. Works best paired with website development, since technical problems are considerably cheaper to prevent than to retrofit.
Service 04
Lead Generation
Turning interested strangers into paying customers.
A "lead" is simply someone who has shown interest in what you sell but has not bought yet. They visited your website, clicked your ad, or looked at your Instagram — and then left without contacting you. Lead generation is the work of getting those people to actually reach out, and then helping you turn them into customers.
Most businesses that feel their marketing is not working do not have a traffic problem. People are finding them. Those people just leave without leaving a name, a number, or any way to follow up — so the money spent bringing them there is gone.
We close that gap. That means pages built around one clear next step instead of describing everything you do. Enquiry forms short enough to finish on a phone, asking only what you genuinely need to know. And automatic follow-up the moment someone gets in touch, because how fast you reply is one of the strongest predictors of whether an enquiry ever becomes a sale.
Then we measure the part that actually matters: not how many people visited, but which of them became paying customers, and where they came from. Without that, every decision about where to spend next is a guess.
What's included
- Landing pages designed around one clear action
- Short enquiry forms that people actually finish
- Automatic follow-up the moment someone gets in touch
- Tracking that shows which enquiries turned into customers
- Testing different versions of a page to see which brings more enquiries
- Plain-language reporting: where each lead came from and what happened to it
Who this is for
Businesses already getting visitors — from search, ads, or social — who are not turning enough of them into conversations. Also for anyone running paid campaigns without knowing which ones actually produce revenue.
Service 05
Digital Marketing
Paid acquisition measured against enquiries, not impressions.
Paid advertising is the fastest way to find out whether a message works. It is also the fastest way to spend money on nothing at all. The difference is almost entirely in what you choose to measure.
We run campaigns against a target cost per qualified enquiry. Impressions, clicks and click-through rate are diagnostic numbers we use to find problems — they are not the goal, and a report that leads with them is a report designed to look good rather than to inform. Every campaign we run is set up so that spend can be traced to enquiries, and enquiries to revenue where your systems allow it.
Because the same team also builds the landing pages, the loop closes quickly. When the data shows a page is losing people, we change the page — the same week, not after a scoping call with a third party who did not write the ad.
Where paid media sits in the bigger picture
Digital marketing is the umbrella, not one line item. Paid ads are the part of it you can switch on fastest, but they are only one channel among several — and most of the others are on this page already. Search engine optimization earns the traffic you would otherwise rent. Generative engine optimization does the same job inside AI answer engines. A properly built website is what every one of those channels points at, and decides whether the visit turns into anything. Social media marketing keeps a business present between purchases. Lead generation is the plumbing that catches what all of them send.
Run separately, they compete for credit and nobody owns the whole number. Run together, ads can carry the demand you need this quarter while search and AI visibility build the demand that costs nothing to serve next year — and one team can see which of the two is actually working, because it can see both.
What's included
- Google Ads — search, performance max, and remarketing
- Meta and LinkedIn paid social campaign management
- Audience research and structured creative testing
- Landing page and funnel optimisation, built in-house
- Budget pacing and bid strategy management
- Transparent reporting: spend in, enquiries out, cost per enquiry
Who this is for
Businesses that need enquiries sooner than organic search can deliver them, businesses testing a new service or market, and businesses currently running ads without confidence that the spend is returning anything. Ad budget is paid to the platforms directly and is separate from our fee.
Service 06
AI Voice Assistants & Chatbots
Answering customers when you cannot.
Most customer questions are the same twenty questions. What do you charge, do you serve my area, are you open on Sunday, how long does it take, can you handle my situation. Answering them takes time you would rather spend on work — and when nobody answers, the customer moves on to a business that did.
A well-built conversational assistant handles that layer. On your website it answers questions in plain language; on your phone line it can take enquiries outside business hours. Both can qualify the enquiry, capture contact details, and book an appointment straight into your calendar.
The critical engineering decision is grounding. An assistant that improvises answers will eventually invent a price or promise a service you do not offer, and that is worse than no assistant at all. We build them against your documented information, so that when a question falls outside what the business has actually stated, the assistant says it does not know and offers a human — rather than guessing convincingly.
An assistant that invents an answer is worse than no assistant. Grounding is the whole job.
What's included
- Website chat assistant grounded in your own content and documents
- Inbound voice assistant for phone enquiries, including after hours
- Lead qualification and appointment booking flows
- Clean escalation to a human with the full conversation attached
- Conversation review and ongoing accuracy tuning
- Honest scoping of what the assistant should refuse to answer
Who this is for
Businesses with high enquiry volume, businesses losing enquiries outside working hours, and businesses where the same questions consume hours every week. Particularly effective for clinics, consultancies, service providers, and anyone whose customers expect an immediate response.
Service 08
Mobile App Development
Built when an app is genuinely the right answer.
Native and cross-platform applications for Android and iOS, covering the full path from requirements through to store submission and ongoing maintenance.
We will also tell you when you do not need one. A large proportion of app briefs describe something a fast, well-built mobile website would deliver better — with no install friction, no store review cycles, and a fraction of the cost. Apps earn their place when you need genuine offline capability, device hardware, push notifications as a core mechanic, or a product customers open repeatedly every week. If your idea does not sit in that group, we would rather say so during the consultation than take the budget.
Where an app is right, we build cross-platform by default so that one codebase serves Android and iOS, and go fully native only where performance or platform integration genuinely demands it.
What's included
- Requirements definition and honest scoping — including talking you out of it
- UI and UX design for both platforms
- Cross-platform build covering Android and iOS
- Backend, API, and database development
- App Store and Google Play submission and review handling
- Post-launch maintenance, updates, and OS compatibility
Who this is for
Businesses with a genuine repeat-use product, businesses needing offline or hardware capability, and businesses whose customers have explicitly asked for an app. Not for businesses who have been told they should have one.
Bundling
How services combine
These packages are starting points, not fixed products. Any combination is possible — this table simply shows the groupings that work well together and how they build on each other.

Pricing is quoted per engagement rather than published as a rate card, because the honest answer depends on scope. A five-page site for a local clinic and a fifty-page site for a manufacturer are not the same job, and a fixed price for both would be wrong for one of them.
What we can commit to plainly: bundling more than one service into a single engagement costs less than buying the same services separately. That is not a promotional discount — it reflects real duplicated groundwork that disappears when one team does the work. You get the quote in writing after a free consultation, before anything begins.
Terminology
A plain-language glossary
Our industry hides behind acronyms. Here is what they actually mean, so you can hold any agency — including us — to what they are claiming.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- The practice of structuring a website's content, entity data and technical markup so that AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can accurately retrieve, understand and cite that business. GEO competes to be the source quoted inside a synthesised answer, rather than a position in a list of links.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- The practice of improving a website's technical health, content relevance and authority so that it ranks higher in conventional search engine results pages. SEO and GEO share most of their technical foundation but differ in what counts as success.
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- A near-synonym for GEO, used more often when the target is a direct-answer feature such as a featured snippet or voice assistant response rather than a generative AI summary. In practice the techniques overlap almost completely.
- LLM visibility
- The degree to which a brand appears in, and is correctly described by, the answers large language models generate for questions in its category. A business can rank first on Google and still have zero LLM visibility.
- Schema markup (structured data)
- Machine-readable code, usually JSON-LD following the schema.org vocabulary, embedded in a page to state facts explicitly: what the business is called, where it operates, what it sells, who founded it. It removes the need for a machine to infer these things from prose, and it is the single highest-leverage technical work in both SEO and GEO.
- Entity
- A distinctly identified thing — a company, person, or place — that search and AI systems track separately from the words used to describe it. Establishing your business as an unambiguous entity, clearly distinguished from similarly named organisations, is what stops a machine from confusing you with someone else.
- Core Web Vitals
- Google's three measured indicators of page experience: Largest Contentful Paint (loading speed), Cumulative Layout Shift (visual stability), and Interaction to Next Paint (responsiveness). They are a confirmed ranking input and, more importantly, they correspond to whether the page feels usable.
- Local SEO
- Optimisation aimed at searches with geographic intent and at map results. It depends heavily on a well-maintained Google Business Profile and on name, address and phone details being formatted identically everywhere they appear online.
- E-E-A-T
- Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness — the framework Google's human quality raters use to assess content. Not a direct ranking score, but a useful description of what the ranking systems are trying to approximate.
- llms.txt
- An emerging convention: a plain-text file at a website's root giving AI systems a concise summary of the business and its key pages. Analogous to robots.txt, but describing rather than restricting. MiRV ELEMENTS publishes one at mirvelements.com/llms.txt.

Service 07
Social Media Marketing
Presence with a purpose behind it.
Social media works when it is treated as a way to demonstrate expertise to a specific audience, and fails when it is treated as an obligation to post. Posting daily to an audience that will never buy from you is not marketing; it is a hobby with a spreadsheet attached.
We start by deciding which channels are worth your time at all — for many B2B businesses that is LinkedIn alone, and the honest recommendation is to abandon the rest. From there it is a content plan built around what your customers actually want to know, produced consistently, with the comments and messages answered by someone who understands the business.
Measurement runs past follower count. Followers are a number that goes up. Enquiries, saves, shares, and profile-to-website clicks tell you whether any of it is working.
What's included
Who this is for
Businesses where trust drives the purchase and customers want to see who they are dealing with before enquiring. Pairs naturally with digital marketing, since organic content that performs well is usually the best starting point for paid creative.
