Our Work
The honest state of our portfolio.
Most agencies fill this page with stock photographs and unverifiable quotes. We would rather show you exactly what exists today, and let you judge.
Case study 01
MiRV Marine LLP
The redesign
Before, and after
The clearest way to show what a rebuild changes is to put the two side by side and let you judge.
A screenshot only captures the top of a page. The site is live at mirvmarine.co.in — walk through the whole thing and judge it properly rather than taking one hero shot's word for it.
Search & AI visibility
What the engines say back
The point of this work is not a report. It is what a real person sees when they type the question — on Google, and now inside the assistants they ask first. These are captures of exactly that, before and after.
Google Search
Desktop, searching “mirvmarine”. Google offers a spelling correction, and every result is a third-party company-registry page. The business's own site is nowhere on it. Captured 31 August 2026
Mobile, searching “mirv marine”. The site is now the first result with its own title and description, and Google's AI Overview describes the company underneath, citing it as a source. Captured 31 August 2026
AI answer engines
Asked “MiRV Marine Kolkata”, the assistant answered that it did not have enough verified information to describe the company at all.
Asked again, it returns founding year, services, industries served, offices in India and the UAE, the founder by name, and the course list — and cites the official website as its source.
Answer engines are not deterministic — the same question can return a different answer tomorrow, to a different person, in a different country. These are dated captures of what was returned on the day, not a claim about a permanent position.
Case study 02
This website
The one piece of work you can audit yourself, right now, without taking our word for anything.
An agency that sells technical SEO from a slow, badly marked-up website is telling you something important about the gap between its pitch and its practice. We decided the fairest way to prove capability without a client list was to make the sales material itself the demonstration.
Every technique on the Services page is implemented on the page you are reading:
- Full content with JavaScript disabled. Turn JS off and every word remains readable. Nothing is injected by script, nothing is hidden behind an interaction. This is what makes a page legible to an AI crawler.
- Complete JSON-LD entity graph. Organization, Person, Service, OfferCatalog, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage nodes, cross-referenced by stable
@idso machines resolve one consistent picture of the business. - Deliberate entity disambiguation. MiRV ELEMENTS and MiRV Marine LLP are declared as separate entities, in both prose and structured data, so no engine conflates them.
- Every AI crawler named explicitly in robots.txt, plus an llms.txt summary written for language models.
- Accessibility that was measured, not assumed. Every colour pair verified against WCAG AA on the dark theme, full keyboard navigation, a focus-trapped mobile drawer, and
prefers-reduced-motionhonoured throughout. - Motion as pure enhancement. Animation runs on
transformandopacityonly, and every animated element is visible by default — if the script fails, you get the content, not a blank page.
We could describe our technical standards. We would rather you inspected them.
Case study 03
A website as a birthday present
Not every website is for a business. This one was built for one person, to be opened once, on one particular morning.
This is the smallest thing on this page and, in a way, the most revealing. There was no budget to hide behind and no brand guidelines to follow — only whether the thing was good enough to make someone happy on the day they opened it.
It is also a service we offer. Personalised websites for people and occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, farewells — built to the same standard as commercial work, and as private as you want them: hidden from search engines, unlisted, or reachable only by a link you send. The full description is under Website Development.
A card gets read once. This has rooms to walk through.
Client results coming soon
MiRV ELEMENTS is a new agency building its public case studies. We have chosen not to publish invented reviews, stock-photo faces, or borrowed logos while we wait for real ones. The card layout below is ready; the quotes in it are clearly marked placeholders and will be replaced with genuine, attributable client feedback as engagements complete.
Client feedback
What clients will say here
These three cards are placeholders. They are styled exactly as the real ones will be, and they are marked so that nobody — including us — can mistake them for genuine reviews.
Placeholder This card is reserved for a real client review. Nothing has been written here on a client's behalf.

The honest pitch
Why go first?
Hiring a new agency carries real risk, and pretending otherwise would be the same dishonesty as a fabricated testimonial. So here is the actual trade, stated plainly.
The risk you take: no long track record, no roster of references to call, no certainty built from a decade of other people's projects.
What you get in exchange: our early engagements decide whether this agency has a second year. That is not a sales line, it is arithmetic. The attention going into your project is not divided across forty accounts, and the incentive to get it genuinely right — not merely acceptable — is as strong as it will ever be.
Early clients also get direct access to the founder rather than an account manager, terms scoped to earn a reference rather than maximise a margin, and the iterate-until-satisfied commitment in writing.
Every agency with a wall of case studies had a first client who took a chance. This is that moment.
If you would rather wait until this page is full, we understand completely — the FAQ answers most of what you would want to know in the meantime.
Be the case study we point at.
